Marque Roberts

Marque Roberts has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager for Mitchells & Butlers PLC since July 2019, achieving notable sales growth from £4.4 million to £6 million despite pandemic challenges. Previously, Marque managed Browns Covent Garden from March 2015 to June 2019, successfully overseeing a substantial team and driving sales exceeding £5 million at one of Mitchells & Butlers' flagship locations. From October 2003 to March 2015, Marque advanced to General Manager of Doggett’s Coat & Badge on The Southbank, where responsibilities included managing food and beverage operations for a venue with significant capacity. Additionally, Marque held the role of Dual-Site Manager at Doggett’s, overseeing operations at the TS Queen Mary. Academically, Marque holds a PG Cert in Multisite Leadership from Birmingham City University and an HND in Hospitality Management from Middlesex University.
