Nikki Yeomans

Nikki Yeomans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head of People at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since June 2008, Nikki is responsible for designing and implementing talent management and learning and development programs that foster a high-performance workforce. Previously, in the roles of Ops Change Coach and Retail Business Manager, Nikki facilitated change initiatives and maximized profit performance across numerous Country Pubs and Restaurants. Prior experience includes various operational roles at Sainsbury's from September 1992 to June 2008. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Birmingham.
