Sarah Healey

Sarah Healey has extensive experience in the field of nutrition, currently serving as a Senior Company Nutritionist at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since August 2013, with a prior role as a Food Technologist and a secondment as Company Nutritionist. In addition, Sarah has been a Consultant Registered Nutritionist at Nutribloom since January 2012. Previous experience includes roles as a Nutrition Writer and Media Consultant at the Association for Nutrition from November 2017 to July 2019, and as a Food Labelling Legislation Manager at HJ Heinz from December 2012 to August 2013. Academically, Sarah holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Nutrition, earned from the same institution in 2011.
