Louis Farkas III has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, starting as a manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill from 1995 to 2001. Louis then moved on to Red Robin, where Louis served as a General Manager from 2001 to 2007. Following that, Louis joined California Pizza Kitchen as a Restaurant Manager from 2007 to 2013. Currently, Louis holds the position of General Manager at Mitchell's Fish Market since November 2013.
