Amber Parker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mitek Systems, where they are responsible for bringing future-oriented solutions to businesses. Previously, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amazon Ads and as a Senior Talent Management Specialist at World Wide Technology. At WWT, they focused on creating job architecture and supporting large-scale talent projects. Amber also served as a Global Talent Acquisition Senior IT Recruiter and a Recruiting Coordinator. Earlier in their career, Parker held a role as a Branch Administrator at Technisource, where they connected IT and engineering professionals with job opportunities, and at Randstad, a global HR services provider. Amber began their career as a Business Office Coordinator at HealthSouth, the largest owner and operator of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the US.
Amber Parker received their Associates Degree in Business Administration and Communications from Saint Charles Community College between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in General Education from Eureka High School between 2003 and 2005.
