Kevin Driggs

Kevin Driggs, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Cirrus Logic, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin contributed to Maxeon Solar Technologies as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where leadership of a diverse team facilitated recruitment efforts across multiple countries and supported the establishment of a new solar manufacturing facility in New Mexico. Kevin's extensive background also includes roles at Semtech, TSMC, Micron Technology, University of Phoenix, and Driggs Search International, where significant achievements in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic partnerships led to substantial increases in diversity hiring and operational efficiencies. Kevin began a professional career in accounting with PwC, Honeywell, and Phelps Dodge before transitioning to human resources and talent acquisition. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
