Ashley Hoffmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ashley began their career at Bob Battenfield and Associates as a Production Assistant in 1997. Ashley then went on to work at Bay Aquatic Center as an Assistant Office Supervisor from 1993 to 1998.

In 1998, they joined Mitchell International as an Inside Account Manager and later held various roles such as Sales Project Manager, Private Label Accounts, Account Development Rep II, Territory Account Manager, Corporate Retention Manager, and Senior Manager of Customer Care. Additionally, they obtained a Collision Repair Consultant certification from Masters Educational Services in August 2012, and a Net Promoter Associate, Customer Loyalty Certification, from Satmetrix.
