Ashley Hoffmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ashley began their career at Bob Battenfield and Associates as a Production Assistant in 1997. Ashley then went on to work at Bay Aquatic Center as an Assistant Office Supervisor from 1993 to 1998.
In 1998, they joined Mitchell International as an Inside Account Manager and later held various roles such as Sales Project Manager, Private Label Accounts, Account Development Rep II, Territory Account Manager, Corporate Retention Manager, and Senior Manager of Customer Care. At Mitchell International, they managed customer relationships, led a team, and achieved sales targets.
In 2003, Ashley joined Priority Pharmaceuticals as an Account Manager, where they performed outbound telesales and achieved impressive sales results.
Ashley later joined Certona as the Director of Account Management from 2014 to 2015.
From 2015 to 2017, Ashley worked at Ecwid as a Senior Manager of Customer Success, where they focused on improving customer experience initiatives and engaging directly with customers.
Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Mitek Systems, leading a team to provide value and insights to clients in various industries, including travel, fintech, and traditional banking.
Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated expertise in customer success, account management, and sales, consistently exceeding goals and delivering exceptional results.
Ashley Hoffmann earned a B.A. degree in Media Communications, Sociology, and Gender Studies from the University of San Diego in 1998. In 2009, they completed an MA degree in Women's Studies/Women in Politics and Leadership from San Diego State University. Additionally, they obtained a Collision Repair Consultant certification from Masters Educational Services in August 2012, and a Net Promoter Associate, Customer Loyalty Certification, from Satmetrix.
