Emily Hoelting Seeberger

Emily Hoelting Seeberger has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emily started their career in 2003 as a Marketing and Sales Team Member at Mid Missouri Mavericks. Emily then transitioned to The Boeing Company, where they held positions such as Business Analyst, Process Improvement Business Analyst, and Knowledge Management Focal. In 2011, they joined FTD Companies as an IT Project Management Lead and later became a Project Manager. Emily then worked at Mitek Systems, starting in 2015 as a Scrum & Agile Practices Leader, responsible for improving the overall Agile program and Scrum Teams. Emily progressed to become a Director of Agile and a Sr Director, Agile, where their responsibilities included developing and growing a global team of Scrum Masters and establishing a mature agile software development working environment. In 2022, Emily started hosting the podcast "Darn Good Leadership," aimed at providing ideas and inspiration for effective leaders. Most recently, they are serving as the Vice President of Customer Success and Support at Mitek Systems.

Emily Hoelting Seeberger completed their education as follows:

1. From 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, where they obtained a FEMBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

2. In 2006, they received certification as a Certified Knowledge Manager from The Knowledge Management Professional Society.

3. From 2000 to 2004, they studied at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business, earning a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
