Judy Hicks

Judith Ohrn Hicks has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Judith is currently the Senior Vice President of Global People Operations at Mitek Systems since July 2019. Judith is also a Board Member at LabVoice since September 2019. Prior to their current roles, they served as the Vice President of Global People Operations at Illuminate Education, Inc. from October 2017 to July 2019. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources BIOVIA at Dassault Systèmes from May 2014 to September 2017. From 2001 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at BIOVIA. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pharmacopeia, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, where they played a key role in the development of drugs for various treatment areas. Judith also served as the Director of Human Resources at Molecular Simulations, Inc. from 1993 to 1999. Judith began their career as the Manager of Human Resources at Software Developer's Corporation / Programmers Shop from 1989 to 1994.
