Halim Wise

Halim Wise currently serves as the SVP of People Strategy & Operations at Oscar Health since April 2025, leading the development of the organization's talent strategy to enhance overall effectiveness. Previously, Halim was the Head of HR for Sales & Partnerships at Meta from July 2018 to February 2025, managing a team of over 30 HR professionals to align talent management with business goals. From 2010 to 2018, Halim held the position of VP, Head of Corporate Global HR at Time Warner Inc., where key global HR initiatives were implemented in collaboration with executives. Earlier experience at Citigroup included roles as a Pricing Execution Leader and Human Resources Business Partner from 2005 to 2010, focusing on financial analysis, change management, and talent strategies. Halim's career began at UBS as an HR Generalist from 2000 to 2005, following participation in the HR Leadership Development Program at Chase from 1998 to 1999. Halim holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany.
