Alan Batt is a seasoned Sr. Product Manager with a robust career in product management, primarily within the telecommunications and unified communications sectors. Currently at Mitel since June 2014, Alan previously held a similar role at ShoreTel, which was acquired by Mitel in September 2017. Prior experience includes leading product initiatives at Polycom, where Alan established the CX brand and managed product development for advanced video solutions, and at Aspect Software, where an award-winning contact center suite was introduced. Alan’s earlier roles at Nortel and Nortel Networks focused on integrating advanced communication technologies and enhancing product offerings. Alan holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has undertaken MBA studies at Syracuse University.
