Charles-Henry Duroyon is a distinguished technology & cloud executive with a strong international perspective and passion for fostering team success through data-driven insights. As Chief Operating Officer, Charles-Henry leads Mitel’s global business operations, including supply chain, process excellence and data privacy. He also oversees strategic planning and M&A for the company.

Throughout Charles-Henry’s extensive career, he has held leadership positions as CHRO, COO, and CEO in both large corporations and startups spanning various industries. In his previous role as Senior Vice President at Atos Tech Foundation, Charles-Henry led corporate development and transformation efforts, including chairing the sale of Unify to Mitel concluded in September 2023 while managing a transformation program in partnership with McKinsey.

Previously, as Global COO of Unify, he directed a complex organization with responsibilities spanning supply chain, IT, quality and performance excellence as well as driving Unify’s cloud partnerships and strategic planning initiatives. During his tenure as CEO of Fastviewer, a cloud company specializing in remote support and web collaboration, Charles-Henry achieved remarkable growth and orchestrated a successful sale (rule of 40). Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Atos, Faurecia, and Taleo, where he led efforts to drive HR efficiency, shared services, HRIS, and global HR transformation programs.

Charles-Henry holds a Master's degree in General Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), as well as a coaching certification from INSEAD and executive education from ESSEC Business School.
