Claes Kolare

Claes Kolare is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as CEO and Head of Country Sales Unit for Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and the Baltics at Mitel since May 2008, Claes previously held the position of CEO at Aastra Telecom Sweden from May 2008 to September 2014. Prior roles include serving as VP for Ericsson Nordic and the Baltics from 2006 to 2008, and Head of Global Accounts at Ericsson Enterprise from 2004 to 2006. Claes also has a background as a High Touch Account Manager at Cisco from 1998 to 2004, and as a Client Executive and EMEA Business Development Manager for OEM Software Sales at IBM from 1988 to 1997. Claes holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University, earned between 1984 and 1987.
