Ferdi Schulte

Ferdi Schulte currently serves as Group Director of Business Intelligence and Customer Master Data at Mitel since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ferdi held the position of Global Director of Data Management & Business Intelligence at Solmax, where leadership was provided to a global team of data engineering and business intelligence professionals, creating reports and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Additional experience includes owning FerdatoS, a consultancy specializing in data management and analytics, and serving as a Project Manager at Unilever focusing on waste reduction projects. Ferdi's career also encompasses various interim business controller and analyst roles across multiple organizations, enhancing data-driven decision-making and financial insights. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Twente and additional training in Lean Six Sigma from The Lean Six Sigma Company.
