Linda Smith

Linda Smith, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Mitel since July 2015, Smith has previously held roles including Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner and Americas Field Operations, and Director of Human Resources Business Partner for Americas Sales and Sales Engineering. Prior to Mitel, Smith was Senior Manager of Field Human Resources at Schwan's Home Service, Inc., and Manager of Human Resources at Prime Therapeutics. Additional experience includes being a Senior Human Resources Consultant at The Grasp Group, LLC, and various managerial positions at Nortel from July 1987 to December 2004. Smith holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
