Madhu Mannava is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in leading global teams and delivering innovative technological solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Manager at Mitel, Madhu directs the transition to a cloud-native solution based on microservices architecture. Prior to this role, Madhu held positions at ShoreTel, managing teams to provide Unified Communications SaaS solutions, and at Polycom, where leadership resulted in the successful launch of award-winning RealPresence Web Suite solutions, significantly expanding market potential. Earlier experience includes a role at Cisco, focusing on voice technologies and product development.
