Owen Swain

Owen Swain is an experienced operations manager with a focus on cloud voice solutions. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for Cloud Voice at Mitel since October 2024, Owen has previously worked as the Cloud Voice Operations Manager at Atos from January 2018 to October 2024. Prior to that, Owen held the position of Openscape SIP based Voice Engineer at Unify from October 2013 to February 2022. Owen's educational background includes attendance at Hitchin Boys School.
