Susan Russon

Susan Russon is a seasoned technical professional with substantial experience in pre-sales engineering and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Pre-Sales Technical Sales Engineer and previously a Pre-Sales Engineer at Mitel since April 2015, Susan specializes in technology architecture development, compliance assurance for third-party suppliers, and complex pricing quotations. Prior to this role, Susan held key positions at Atos as a Technology and Customer Experience Manager and Pre-Sales Technical Engineer, and at Willmott Dixon as an Infrastructure Analyst and IT Coordinator.
