James Tharin is the founder and CEO of Mitena Partners, by CCC. James has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry.

Tharin began their career at Merrill Lynch in 1981 as a Retail Account Executive. James then moved to Fossett Corporation in 1985, where they served as Vice President of Trading. In 1986, they joined the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) as a Market Maker. James remained at the CBOE until 1994, when they left to join Jackson Financial Group, Inc.

Tharin has been instrumental in the growth of Mitena Partners, by CCC. Under their leadership, the company has become one of the largest independent financial firms in the United States. Tharin is a respected leader in the financial industry and is dedicated to helping their clients reach their financial goals.

James Tharin completed their undergraduate degree at Carleton College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
