Yashithi D.

Yashithi D. is a dedicated software engineer currently employed at MillenniumIT ESP since June 2023. With a strong background in technology and leadership, Yashithi has held multiple roles at Microsoft, serving as a Beta Microsoft Student Learn Ambassador, Alpha Microsoft Student Learn Ambassador, and Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador since January 2021. Yashithi also participated as a scholar in the Cornell Maryland Max Planck Predoctoral Research School at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems in August 2023. Additional experiences include serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Colombo School of Computing, leading as President of CompSoc, and contributing as a GHC'21 Scholar at AnitaB.org, among other positions. Yashithi pursues a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science at the University of Colombo School of Computing, building on a consistent educational foundation from previous institutions including Methodist College and Visakha Vidyalaya.
