Andrew Horgan

Andrew Horgan is currently the Real Estate Controller at MITIMCo. Prior to that, they were with Colony Capital, Inc. from December 2014 to January 2020 where they were responsible for management of the Property Accounting team.

Some of their key accomplishments include successfully onboarding a $1.6B acquisition of an Industrial portfolio onto Colony’s Yardi GL software, implementing Yardi modules for an Industrial portfolio, establishing processes for monthly/quarterly/annual financial review, and being instrumental in the due diligence process for the eventual sale of Colony Industrial.

Andrew has also managed the entire monthly close process, including general ledger processes and related system functions as well as review of property level monthly deliverables. In addition, they have coordinated scheduled deliverables with senior management to ensure timely delivery for internal and public reporting.

Andrew Horgan has a Master of Science from UMass Boston in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University in Financial Management.
