Sushil Pradhan

Sushil Pradhan has a strong background in military and advisory roles. Sushil started their career in the Indian Army, where they held various positions, including Company Commander and Manager in counter-terrorism operations and combat vehicle technology. Sushil also served as a Logistics Manager for a UN Peacekeeping Mission in Sierra Leone. After leaving the army, they worked as a Trainer in the Center for UN Peacekeeping Training and as the Head of Admin for a military training institution. Currently, they are the Executive Director and COO at MitKat Advisory, where they oversee risk assessments, risk mitigation solutions, and outsourced operations and security services.

Sushil Pradhan has an extensive education history. In 1986-1989, Sushil Pradhan attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, but the field of study is not specified. Later, in 1996-1997, they pursued their Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Moving forward, in 2003-2004, they obtained their Master of Science degree in Defence Studies from the University of Madras. In 2006, Sushil Pradhan enrolled in Savitribai Phule Pune University where they achieved a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management. In the same year, they also completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Security Management from the same university. Continuing their educational journey, in 2007, Sushil Pradhan attended XRLI, Jamshedpur for a Management Development Program in Finance for Non-Finance Executives. In 2008, they completed a Management Development Program in Business/Corporate Communications from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, in 2008-2009, they pursued an MPhil in Defence and National Strategic Studies from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Following their passion for continuous learning, in 2009, Sushil Pradhan participated in a Management Development Program in Finance Management and Audit Sensitisation at the National Academy of Audits and Accounts.

Furthermore, in 2023, Sushil Pradhan obtained a certification called "Introduction to ESG" from the Corporate Finance Institute.
