Minh-Quan Doan

Minh-Quan Doan is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in strategic planning and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Directeur des opérations at Groupe MITO since February 2022, Minh-Quan has previously held the position of Directeur des opérations at Dyne-A-Pak from 2012 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational needs of over 120 employees and implementing LEAN management practices. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Dyne-A-Pak from 2001 to 2012, and as Director of Engineering/R&D/Supervisor at le Groupe Novatech from 1995 to 2001, where Minh-Quan led engineering projects and optimized production processes. Minh-Quan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from both Polytechnique Montréal and École de technologie supérieure.
