Ben Poole is an experienced agricultural professional currently serving as the General Manager-Farms at Mitolo Group since February 2016. Prior to this role, Ben held various management positions, including Director at BP Ag Consulting and General Manager at Oakville Potatoes, where responsibilities encompassed farming operations and overall farm management. Additional experience includes working as an Agronomy Consultant at Chambal Agritech in India, Country Operations Manager at Pepsi-Cola (Thailand) Trading Co., Ltd., and Farm Manager at Techthai Integrated Horticulture. Early career experience took place at Buscot Park as a Farm Hand. Ben Poole is also an alumnus of the University of Melbourne and Glenormiston College.
