Donna Marris has a diverse and extensive work experience. Donna started their career as an Investment Manager at Nueva Pacific and later worked as a Business/Corporate Business Analyst at Television New Zealand. Donna then became a Franchisee Owner at Mobil Oil New Zealand, where they successfully increased the profitability of the service station. Donna also worked as a Project Manager at First NZ Capital Investment Bank and later took on the role of Executive Officer at the Gastro Intestinal Cancer Institute (GICI) charity, where they were responsible for setting up the organization and managing its operations. Donna then joined ECOYA (NZX Listed: TRILOGY) as a Brand, Digital, and New Product Development Manager, where they played a significant role in the company's growth and success. Donna also co-founded an E-commerce business called NZ for YOU, where they worked on various aspects such as branding, marketing, and managing a team. Donna later joined MitoQ Limited as the Head of Supply Chain and Fulfillment, where they oversee global supply chain operations and ensures regulatory compliance. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
Donna Marris completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cranfield University, London in 1992. Donna also obtained a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing from Canfield University, London in the same year. In addition, they earned credits towards a Bachelor of Commerce through part-time studies at Otago and Queensland University from 1985 to 1986. Prior to that, they completed a 3-year Diploma of Nursing Studies (now a degree course) at Nelson Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1983.
