Diana Shantika Sari possesses extensive experience in sales administration and operational management, currently serving as the Head of Sales Administration Support at PT. Mitra Asa Pratama since October 2021. Prior to this role, Diana worked as an Operations Manager in a self-employed capacity since August 2017. Significant experience includes positions at DIPA Healthcare, where Diana advanced from Secretariat Coordinator (1998-2009) to Assistant Manager (2011-2017), overseeing marketing and sales operational activities. Expertise also includes quality performance as a Quality Performance Specialist at PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains (2009-2011) and conducting audits as a Marketing & Sales Auditor.
