Mitra Asa Pratama since October 2021. Prior to this role, Diana worked as an Operations Manager in a self-employed capacity since August 2017. Significant experience includes positions at DIPA Healthcare, where Diana advanced from Secretariat Coordinator (1998-2009) to Assistant Manager (2011-2017), overseeing marketing and sales operational activities. Expertise also includes quality performance as a Quality Performance Specialist at PT. Dipa Pharmalab Intersains (2009-2011) and conducting audits as a Marketing & Sales Auditor. Diana holds a degree from the Academy Secretary & Management Indonesia, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
