Irosha Perera

Irosha Perera currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Mitra Innovation, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Irosha held similar senior HR positions at N-Able Private Limited and served as a Manager of Human Resources at both Accenture and Virtusa, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for significant business units. Irosha's career in human resources began at HSBC, progressing from Assistant Manager to various managerial roles across different organizations.
