Kavinda Munasinghe

Kavinda Munasinghe is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager - ITOps at Mitra Innovation since September 2021, Kavinda previously held the position of Head of Technology and Information Systems at The Fabulous Getaway from August 2018 to August 2021. A significant part of Kavinda's career was spent at Assette from October 2004 to July 2018, where roles included Group Manager - Infrastructure, Group Manager - Client Service & Operations, Infrastructure Engineer, and Software Engineer - Systems Engineering. Kavinda also contributed as Director - IT at Red Dot Tours during two separate tenures and began a career in technology as a Web Producer at Cricinfo. Kavinda holds an MSc in Information Security and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing, as well as a BSc in Physical Sciences from the University of Colombo.
