Gaby Diovani

Gaby Diovani currently serves as Corporate Secretary at MPM Group (PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk) since September 2023. Previously held the position of Corporate Secretary at Amar Bank from January 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing meetings and documentation for the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. Gaby also worked as Associate Corporate Secretary and Risk & Compliance at PT. Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk. from November 2020 to April 2022, and served as Associate Corporate Secretary at PT. XL Axiata Tbk. from November 2018 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as Corporate Secretary at Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia, where key duties involved ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations and managing legal documents. Gaby began the career with an internship in Corporate Legal at PT Kalbe Farma, Tbk. Gaby holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
