Gil Naor is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. As the Founder and CEO of MitrAssist since January 2010, Gil has led innovative initiatives in the field. Prior to this, Gil co-founded MediValve and served as VP of R&D at RMT Medical for nearly a decade. Additional significant roles include serving as CTO at Keystone Heart Ltd and working in R&D at InStent. Gil holds a Master of Science in Bio-Medical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

MitrAssist introduces a minimally invasive approach to MR treatment. Its mitral valve implant works in unison with the natural mitral valve without harming its functionality.MitrAssist has developed a new approach to treating MR that is neither repair nor replacement.
