Brooke Boomgarden

Brooke Boomgarden is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership, currently serving as the Director of Payroll and Benefits at Mitratech since August 2022. In addition, Brooke has been a Consultant for Rodan + Fields since September 2017. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at talentReef, where Brooke significantly contributed to social recruiting and talent management for the hourly workforce, and Vice President of Human Resources at both Solv Staffing and IQNavigator. Brooke also owned The Grout Doctor, a service-oriented business focused on tile and grout solutions, and served as Controller at Vend-One, Inc. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Colorado State University.
