Holly Huynh has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing, analytics, and management roles. Holly is currently working as the Director of Digital, Marketing Operations, & Analytics at Mitratech, where they lead a team responsible for optimizing website conversion, digital advertising efficiency, and reporting on marketing programs.

Prior to that, Holly worked at Gartner as a Marketing/Analytics Operations Manager and Performance Marketing Program Manager. In these roles, they launched a new Marketing Operations department, improved data accuracy of marketing analytics tools, and led a team of Paid Advertising marketers.

Before joining Gartner, Holly was at Effective Spend, where they held roles as a Lead Account Manager and Account Manager. Holly managed a portfolio of e-Commerce accounts, developed marketing strategies, and trained new team members.

Holly also has experience in sales and marketing management at Lone Star Media, Inc., where they worked on client accounts and development projects. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at CMIT Solutions, Inc., overseeing all marketing campaigns and implementing a nationwide centralized marketing program.

Earlier in their career, Holly worked as an Office Manager at Meyerson Cagle, P.C., where they managed cases and handled bookkeeping and finances. Holly also worked as a Legal Assistant at Crampton & Associates, P.C., managing pre-litigation claims and assisting with trial preparation.

Holly started their career as a Legislative Intern at the Texas House of Representatives.

Holly Huynh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Government from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007. Holly also holds various certifications in digital marketing and advertising, including Search Ads 360 Certification from DoubleClick, LLC in 2018, Google Analytics for Power Users Certification from Google Analytics for Business in 2015, Google Adwords Certification from Google Ads in 2013, Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft in 2013, Kenshoo Enterprise Pro Certification from Kenshoo in 2013, and Salesforce.com Administrator Certification Training from Salesforce in 2012.
