Steve Martino

Steve Martino has extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as QA Lead at Mitratech since April 2023 and also at Circa since October 2021. Previously, Steve held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Menards from June 2010 to December 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing IS QA management. As the Owner of Secure Solutions, LLC from March 2005 to March 2014, and Log Home Designer and Estimator at Frontier Builders from October 2006 to June 2010, Steve specialized in custom home design and estimating. Prior to these roles, Steve gained valuable experience as Software Test Engineer at companies such as Opuswave, Siemens, MCI, and Lockheed Martin, contributing to notable projects including the development of simulation tools for the Strategic Defense Initiative. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained between 1980 and 1985.
