Ian Dalrymple

Ian Dalrymple is an accomplished professional in the field of digital people experience and HR systems, currently serving as the Head of Digital People Experience at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited since November 2021. In this role, Ian leads the technical strategy and implementation of innovative HR systems, emphasizing human-centered design to enhance the digital journey for all team members. Prior to this position, Ian held significant roles at Mitre 10, including Transformation Lead - People, and gained extensive project management experience across various organizations, including Auckland DHB, Bravura Solutions, Fletcher Building, and Vodafone, focusing on the implementation of cloud-based HR solutions and eRecruitment systems. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington.
