George Minett

George Minett is the CEO and Co-Founder at Mitre Media. George has over fifteen years of experience in the finance and media industries.

George started their career as a software engineer intern at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Canadian Space Agency. George then worked as an investment banking analyst intern at Morgan Stanley before being hired on full-time. George then moved to SAC Capital as a research analyst before starting their own company, Financial Currents International, in 2011.

In 2013, George co-founded Mitre Media with current President, Justin Mitchell. Together, they have built Mitre Media into one of the leading independent media companies in the United States.

George Minett completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
