Amol Thakur

Amol Thakur is a Lead Data Scientist at MITRE, where they have been employed since 2023. Previously, Amol held various analytic roles at MITRE, including Analyst from 2015 to 2016 and a Senior Data Scientist position. They also worked as an Economic Analyst at the U.S. Department of State from 2013 to 2014 and as an Analyst at Summit Consulting LLC in 2014. Amol gained early experience as an intern at the Institute of International Finance in 2012. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland College Park, graduating with a 3.8 GPA in 2014.
