Daisy Sanchez Padilla has over 24 years of experience in business operations and talent management. Currently serving as Principal in PCS Business Operations at MITRE since February 2007, Daisy has held various roles, including Talent Experience and Total Rewards Lead and Talent Strategy & Integration Specialist. Previously, Daisy was an Executive Assistant to both the Senior Vice President of MPS and the Vice President and CHRO. Daisy began their career at MANA, A National Latina Organization, where Daisy worked from September 1999 to February 2007 as Office Manager and Assistant to the CEO.
