David Siders is currently the Geospatial Capability Lead at The MITRE Corporation, drawing on over 20 years of experience in GIS and geospatial development for various DoD and federal clients. Previously, David has held positions such as Geobase Coordinator at Bolling AFB - Dewberry, GIS Analyst at Dewberry, and GIS Analyst/Programmer at IIF Data Solutions. David also served in key roles at MITRE as Geospatial Sciences Capability Steward and Principal Geospatial Computing Scientist. David earned a Master’s Degree from Penn State University and holds a B.S. from Radford University. David's expertise includes full-stack GIS systems development, spatial big-data analysis, and imagery processing, among other specialties.
