Derek Argust

Derek Argust has over two decades of experience in organizational development and change management. Currently serving in a role focused on Change Management and Strategy at MITRE since March 2007, Derek previously worked for the City of Alexandria from 2003 to 2007 in Organization Development. Earlier experience includes consulting at Canal Bridge Consulting from 2000 to 2003. Derek holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The College of Wooster.
