Kirsten Fairall

Kirsten Fairall serves as the MITRE Charlottesville Site Leader since March 2015, focusing on developing growth opportunities and cultivating strategic relationships in Central Virginia. Previously, Kirsten held roles at MITRE including Integration and Operations Lead and Deputy Program Manager, where responsibilities included planning and managing intelligence analysis program execution and developing strategic plans for the Missile Defense Agency portfolio. Prior experience includes consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting the U.S. Department of Energy with national security briefings, and conducting policy analysis for the Maryland General Assembly. Kirsten holds a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
