Lindsey Thomas

Lindsey Thomas serves as the Instructional Design Lead at MITRE, specializing in the design of technical and soft skill courses through collaboration with subject matter experts using the ADDIE process. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Lead Learning and Development Specialist at Deloitte and spent several years at Georgetown University, where roles included Director of Integrated Career Development and Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Career Development, implementing various impactful career development programs. Experience also includes serving as Manager for Student Programs at the Council on Undergraduate Research, and various roles in academic advising and student success initiatives at George Mason University and the University of South Carolina. Lindsey holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University.
