Sharon Guenterberg

Sharon Guenterberg is a retired Senior Principal and Associate Department Head at The MITRE Corporation, where they have worked since 2006, managing two large Department of Homeland Security programs and assisting in the management of a 58-person department focused on system design and integration. Prior to this, they held the position of Assistant Vice President at SAIC from 2004 to 2006, overseeing process improvement programs for a business unit dedicated to the Intelligence Community. Their career began at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, where they served as Director of Technology Change Management from 1996 to 2004.
