Shweta Mahadik

Shweta Mahadik is an experienced IT recruitment professional currently serving as Team Lead at MITS Global Consulting since May 2021, following roles as Senior IT Recruitment Executive and IT Recruitment Executive within the same organization. Prior to this, Shweta gained practical experience as an HR Intern at Strivik Business Solution Pvt Ltd in mid-2019. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Chetana Hazarimal Somani College of Commerce and Economics, completed in 2020.
