Nikhil Boxer

Nikhil Boxer has extensive experience in recruitment, starting as a Technical Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. in April 2019. Nikhil progressed to Senior Recruitment Executive, responsible for full-cycle recruitment and sourcing and hiring IT professionals for top US Telecom clients. In 2022, they were promoted to Associates Team Lead and later to Team Lead- Recruitment, focusing on Telecom & IT roles. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Teleperformance, handling customer queries related to product specifications and tracking.

Nikhil Boxer completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Institute of Technology, RGPV in 2016. Nikhil also obtained various certifications in communication, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and business writing from LinkedIn in 2020.
