Saravanan Kumaresan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Previously, Saravanan held the position of Lead - Recruitment at Randstad India from April 2020 to July 2022 and worked as an HR recruiter at Adecco from April 2017 to April 2020. Saravanan's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from OAA Mavmm School of Management, completed from 2014 to 2016.
