Callum Shearer

Callum Shearer has extensive experience in the carbon fiber production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Mitsubishi Chemical Carbon Fiber and Composites, Inc. since June 2017, overseeing operations and warehouse management for a facility with three production lines. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Production, Process Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer at the same facility, focusing on production coordination, engineering collaboration, and maintenance management. Callum also contributed as Industry Liaison for Tau Beta Pi California Upsilon, was involved in chiller production at Mydax, Inc., and managed inventory at Walmart and Access Information Management. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate's Degree in Physics and Mathematics from American River College.
