Silvia Lopez

Silvia Lopez is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in quality management and culinary operations. Currently serving as the Plant Manager and Culinary Excellence Manager at Snap Kitchen since October 2021, Silvia previously held the position of Assistant Quality Manager at Van's Kitchen, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SQF standards and validating changes to food safety plans. Silvia's earlier roles included Quality Research Analyst at Van Oriental Food, Inc., where management of multiple R&D projects and continuous product testing were key duties, and completion of an MS in Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M University.
