Wataru Ono

Wataru ONO is an experienced professional in the fields of digital transformation and automotive technology, currently serving as the Community Platform Team Leader at Mitsubishi Corporation since June 2017. ONO's career includes significant roles such as General Manager of the Digital Innovation Department at Mitsubishi Motors and Assistant VP at Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas). Prior to these positions, ONO held various management roles at Mitsubishi Corporation Americas, focusing on IT and telecom solutions, while also developing business strategies for advanced technologies in collaboration with major Japanese telecom carriers. ONO earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Keio University.
