Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher has over 30 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Michael began their career as a Computer Operator at Great American Insurance and later worked as a Programmer/Analyst. Michael then joined Sogeti as a Consultant and Skill Group Leader, where they provided consulting services and managed a team of consultants.

Fisher then moved to Chiquita, where they held various roles including Senior Manager Applications Development and Manager - Applications Development. In these roles, they acted as the IT business liaison, collaborated with executive leaders, and led teams to deliver projects and support Chiquita's North American and global business units.

After Chiquita, Fisher became the Director of Information Technology at Bakery Crafts, where they provided vision and direction for projects and support across applications, database & reporting, infrastructure, and telecom. Michael defined the IT strategy and aligned it with business goals to deliver improvements in warehouse management, distribution, and company-wide communications.

Currently, Fisher is the Executive Director of Corporate Information Technology at Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Inc. Michael is responsible for creating and executing the company's IT strategy and leading a team that provides infrastructure and application support across multiple locations.

Throughout their career, Fisher has emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction and has gained expertise in various industries such as public utility, healthcare, defense, and consumer packaged goods.

Michael Fisher attended Elder High School from 1976 to 1980, where they pursued a college preparatory curriculum. Following this, they enrolled at Northern Kentucky University from 1984 to 1988. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.
