Charles Cook

Charles Cook is an accomplished Sr. Program Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., overseeing the CRRC - MBTA Red & Orange Passenger Rail Project since September 2017. Prior to this role, Charles served as Vice President of Program Management and Business Development at Toyo Denki USA, where responsibilities included managing large-scale rail transit propulsion projects and integrating Japanese engineering into the US market. Additional experience includes senior positions at Benshaw, managing customer service, new product development, and applications engineering, as well as project management roles at AEG Transportation Systems and Contraves. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Systems Engineering from Point Park University.
